Membership
Membership in Kosher Gun Club is a privilege contingent on background verification, adherence to our Code of Conduct, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. KGC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion, including for safety violations.
Accounts & use of the platform
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and do not share your account with others. Do not use the platform to harass other members, misrepresent yourself, or engage in unlawful activity.
Events, classes, and training
Registrations are subject to capacity and any published cancellation or refund policy. All range activities require strict compliance with the Code of Conduct and the safety rules of the host venue.
Classifieds & marketplace
KGC provides a listings platform for members. All transactions and transfers between members must comply with applicable law, including any required background checks and firearm-transfer requirements. KGC is not a party to any transaction between members.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for events, memberships, and merchandise follow the specific policy disclosed at the point of purchase. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution with us may result in suspension of your account.
SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in to SMS communication in your profile, you agree to the terms in this section. Opt-in is required, is not a condition of purchase or membership, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Program. Kosher Gun Club sends recurring account and community messages, including event reminders, class scheduling changes, membership updates, and community announcements.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You should expect no more than approximately 4–8 messages per month under normal operation, plus occasional additional messages tied to specific events you have registered for.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. KGC is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by your carrier.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any KGC text message at any time to be immediately unsubscribed. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. You may also disable SMS in your profile.

Supported carriers. The program is available on all major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy for full details.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGC and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
