Overview
Kosher Gun Club ("KGC", "we", "us") collects member information solely for safety verification, community coordination, and delivery of the services you request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, phone number, location, and profile details.
- Membership and payment records processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communication preferences (email, WhatsApp, SMS) and any opt-in / opt-out actions you take.
- Application, event registration, classifieds, and training activity you engage in on the platform.
- Basic technical data (device, IP, browser) used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use information
- Operating the site and mobile app you signed up for.
- Processing memberships, event registrations, and payments.
- Sending transactional communication (receipts, password resets, event confirmations).
- Sending community updates and marketing communication, only through channels you have opted into.
- Safety verification, moderation, and enforcement of our Code of Conduct.
SMS / text messaging privacy
If you opt in to SMS communication, we use your mobile number to send you event reminders, membership updates, class scheduling changes, and community announcements from Kosher Gun Club.
No sharing of mobile numbers. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You should expect no more than approximately 4–8 messages per month under normal operation, and occasional additional messages tied to specific events you registered for.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any SMS you send or receive from us. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any KGC text message at any time to be immediately unsubscribed. You may also disable SMS in your profile at any time.

Service providers. We deliver SMS through Twilio, which processes your number solely on our behalf to route messages. Twilio is contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.
Service providers
We use vetted service providers to operate the platform, including Firebase (hosting, database, auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional and marketing email), Twilio (SMS), and Printful (swag fulfillment). Each processes data solely on our instructions and is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You can review, update, or delete your account and personal information at any time in your profile, or by emailing info@koshergunclub.com. You can opt out of any communication channel individually in your preferences.
